Health Secretary, Matt Hancock wants to pass on his thanks and recognition of Derby’s tremendous efforts in our COVID-19 testing and vaccination programmes.
100 days and 430,000 doses later, Derbyshire now has 25 vaccination sites ranging from GP practices, community halls, Royal Derby Hospital (University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust) and of course Derby Arena.
I join the Health Secretary in my thanks and admiration to all involved in the process and putting Derby ahead of schedule across the East Midlands.
