Day 14 of the Lockdown Boot Camp is a brilliant leg workout from the fantastic Luke from Movement Personal Training.
This workout is perfect for the front room and will get you breaking a sweat, burning calories and strengthening your legs in no time - but don't try and walk too quickly after doing them or you may fall over 😂
Make sure you don't forget your warm up, cool down and water bottle, and see if you can complete the video more than once if you really want to challenge yourself.
