Day 11 of the Lockdown Boot Camp is a Kettlebell workout from designed to help you workout and build up your muscles.
We're cheating a bit today, as this workout does require a piece of equipment, but you could always look for a suitable alternative, or head back and repeat your favourite other video from our previous ones.
