COVID RESTRICTIONS - Tier Changes
Derby and Derbyshire will be moving from tier 3 to tier 4 restrictions from Thursday 31st December.
This is due to the increased rate of infection of the new strains of Covid-19.
I know that restrictions have been challenging enough without further restrictions being put in place but we must continue to keep the spread of the virus under control until we can get the vaccine rolled out to all those who need it.
Following the news of the the Oxford vaccine approval this morning, we can now roll the vaccine out much faster to protect our nation and move on from what has been a really challenging time for all of us.
