SCHOOL pupils are being given the opportunity to apply for a paid position in the office of Derby North MP Amanda Solloway during the school holidays.
Candidates aged between 16 and 18 years old can apply for the position by submitting their ideas for a social action project which would benefit constituents in Derby North.
They will be based in the Revive Healthy Living Centre, in Chaddesden. It is a rare opportunity to see how Government works, get involved in case work and to grow the skills and confidence that could lead to a career in politics.
